Arc Academic Expeditions is not a traditional teen summer camp. Arc offers diverse international academic and educational summer camps, programs and expeditions for teenagers and high school students. A division of ActionQuest, Lifeworks, Sea|mester and part of the Global Expeditions Group, Arc’s unique educational summer camps span the globe to destinations as diverse as the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Asia, Madagascar as well as South and Central America. We offer adventure training programs for teenagers and teen adventure travel and specialize in educational programming that includes sailing camps, scuba camps, community service camps, water sports, hiking, trekking, snorkeling and island exploration, as well as many other adventure sports and activities. Accredited marine science camps, marine biology camps and oceanography programs camps are also offered, specifically for teenagers who are interested in learning more about the tropical marine biology. We also offer Cultural Immersion programs, Spanish Language Immersion Camps, Chinese Mandarin Language Immersion Camps, Anthropology Camps, Classics Camps and History Camps. Our programs are run in the Caribbean's British Virgin Islands, Caribbean Leeward Islands, Australia, the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador, Italy, France, Greece, Tahiti, and the Mediterranean. Each location offers a unique adventure program experience for teenagers 13-19 grouped by age. All of our teen summer camps and marine biology camps are co-ed, non-competitive, and, with over 30 years of experience in adventure programs, we attract close to 500 teens to our international sailing and scuba camps every year.
